6-5-13
1) Push Press 3-2-1 rest 2 minutes
2) Incline Bench Build to a 3 rm
3) Weighted Chin up clusters 3-3-3x3 rest 30 seconds and then 3 minutes between sets.
12 minute AMRAP
4a) 6 Chest to Bar Pull ups
4b) 6 Handstand Push ups
I didn't exactly due the AMRAP because of the location of the equipment and people. I did a workout that wasn't an AMRAP but a lot of pull-ups.
ReplyDeleteFirst time doing incline bench in years I did 5 sets and finished at 155.
