2)  Hang Squat Snatch (start from below the knee) 2-2-2-1-1-1 rest 3 minutes

    I stayed the same weight to practice form.

    This workout was a lot of squatting and a lot of cleaning. A little harder workout than I am used to right now, but it was good. It will be fun to change things up and do workouts like these.
