Warmup
Mobility - Burgener Warmup
1) Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3 rest 2 minutes between sets
2) Hang Squat Snatch (start from below the knee) 2-2-2-1-1-1 rest 3 minutes
Hang Squat Snatch: 95-95-95-95-95-95 I stayed the same weight to practice form.
For time: 12:15
This workout was a lot of squatting and a lot of cleaning. A little harder workout than I am used to right now, but it was good. It will be fun to change things up and do workouts like these.

(Really tried to focus on form. Went down in weight from last couple of weeks.)
